These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the User", "the Player") and bd3222 ("bd3222", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bd3222 website located at bd3222.bet and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, and the bd3222 payment and account management system (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Account Management

2.1 Each User is entitled to maintain one active account. Where bd3222 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts other than the original may be closed, and any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered email address, mobile number, or payment details must be reported to bd3222 support promptly.

2.3 bd3222 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account to any other individual.

2.4 bd3222 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where: (a) the User breaches these Terms; (b) fraudulent or collusive activity is suspected; (c) the User's conduct is abusive toward bd3222 staff or other users; or (d) regulatory or compliance obligations require it.

2.5 On closure of an account for any reason, bd3222 will return any undisputed real-money balance held in the account to the User via their registered payment method, after deducting any amounts owed to bd3222 under these Terms.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

3.1 All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

3.2 Deposits to bd3222 are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and approved local bank transfers. bd3222 does not accept deposits from credit cards, third-party e-wallets not listed in these Terms, or payment sources that are not registered in the User's own name.

3.3 bd3222 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may impose their own service charges, for which bd3222 bears no responsibility.

3.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless bd3222 approves an alternative in writing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending completion of any required checks.

3.5 bd3222 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

3.6 Funds held in your bd3222 account do not accrue interest. bd3222 holds Player funds in accounts separate from its operational funds.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 bd3222 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to these general Terms.

4.2 Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the promotional terms.

4.3 Bonuses are available to Players for recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or systematically extract value from bonus offers — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated play — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings and may result in account closure.

4.4 bd3222 reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus already credited to a Player's account and subject to an ongoing wagering requirement will be removed.

4.5 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 All bets and wagers placed on bd3222 are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules published within the respective game or betting section of the Platform.

5.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the User. bd3222 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed as a result of a technical fault, an incorrectly displayed price, or a data feed error.

5.3 For sports betting, the result of any market will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the decision of bd3222 shall be final, subject to the escalation procedures set out in Section 9.

5.4 bd3222 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or limit betting access for any Player at its sole discretion, including without limitation where a Player demonstrates consistently high returns or where irregular betting patterns are detected.

5.5 Maximum bet limits apply per game, per market, and per event. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd3222 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.

• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage.

• Allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Disputes and Complaints

9.2 bd3222 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

9.3 bd3222's decision on any complaint or dispute, once communicated in writing, shall be final. bd3222 is not bound by any third-party adjudication service, and no external dispute resolution body is currently designated for bd3222 disputes.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd3222 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

10.2 bd3222's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 bd3222 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
